Kitchen Manager

Location: 303 Josephine St, Denver, CO 80206, USA; newly selected managers must complete 8 weeks of on-site rotational training. Relocation flexibility within the United States is necessary.

Salary: $100,000–$110,000 yearly

What you will do

• Oversee daily food preparation, cooking, plating, and kitchen operations.
• Lead, motivate, train, and support culinary staff.
• Work with management and the executive chef to maintain taste and presentation standards.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, control food costs, and minimize waste.
• Enforce food safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
• Promote communication, teamwork, and effective kitchen performance.

Requirements

• Proven hospitality or similar management experience, preferably in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong leadership, organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety regulations, and kitchen operations.
• Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment verification is conducted through E-Verify.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
