Field Service Specialist (Paper Machine)

Location: Beloit, Wisconsin, United States; customer-site travel across North America and occasional overseas travel. Remote troubleshooting from offices is also part of the role. Travel requirement: approximately 50–80% of the time, including overnight travel.

What you will do

• Provide hands-on field service support at customer facilities.
• Troubleshoot equipment remotely from company offices.
• Support customer operations and optimize the performance of paper machine equipment.
• Research and prepare for service calls while assisting other field service specialists.
• Participate in machine start-ups, targeted projects, and testing of customer equipment for North American delivery.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical experience and aptitude.
• Strong electrical aptitude.
• Hydraulic and pneumatic experience is beneficial.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Strong PC skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
