Application Sales Engineer (Pulp & Paper)

What you will do

• Lead the regional sales team and drive growth for paper machine clothing.
• Conduct paper machine audits, service calls, and in-mill repairs to ensure product operation.
• Develop and execute territorial strategies to meet sales objectives.
• Manage sales forecasting and communicate competitive intelligence to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Provide technical guidance for machine clothing installations.
• Build and maintain detailed customer databases and manage an expense budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience in industrial environments.
• Prior experience in customer service within manufacturing or factory operations.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power BI, and database management.
• Ability to perform regular overnight travel within the region.
• English proficiency required.

• Military background with relevant technical training and leadership experience.
• Familiarity with papermaking processes or technical sales support.
