Java Technical Lead (Fullstack)

What you will do

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale full-stack applications.
• Define end-to-end application architecture, development standards, branching strategies, code review frameworks, and security practices.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple development teams and drive architectural governance.
• Review critical code paths and ensure quality, performance, scalability, security, and SLA requirements.
• Advise client stakeholders and senior leadership by translating technical decisions into business outcomes.
• Mentor development leads and engineers while managing architectural risks and technical debt.

Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in Java 17, Spring Boot, Angular 20, and OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Experience with full-stack development, solution architecture, microservices, and REST API design and integration.
• Strong knowledge of secure software development, system design, performance engineering, and quality governance.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, technical leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus Kubernetes and Docker.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture, OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, SSO, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with SonarQube, Checkmarx, Fortify, observability tools, or test automation frameworks.
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience and banking or financial services domain knowledge.
