What you will do

• Lead hybrid cloud strategies, assessing services and translating requirements into scalable AWS and on-premise patterns.
• Drive Java fullstack development with microservices, serverless, and React/Angular frameworks.
• Implement container orchestration using Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Champion IaC, CI/CD with Jenkins/Jira, automated testing, and deployments.
• Build and maintain Splunk for observability, custom dashboards, and monitoring across environments.
• Apply security best practices including IAM, WAF, SAML, and Well-Architected Framework.
• Mentor teams, conduct design reviews, and contribute to IT strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years IT experience; 6+ years software development; 2+ years cloud architecture and OpenShift/Kubernetes.
• Proficient in Java fullstack, cloud-native services, Linux administration, Splunk Enterprise.
• Expert in Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
• AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect highly preferred.
