What you will do

• Design and develop secure, resilient, well-tested full-stack applications for digital banking.
• Lead technical design and architecture discussions from requirements through deployment.
• Review pull requests, technical designs, merges, testing strategies, and code coverage.
• Establish engineering practices for performance, resiliency, scalability, optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and coach engineers while guiding data structures, algorithms, and technical approaches.
• Communicate architecture, progress, risks, and challenges to technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree with at least 7 years of systems analysis or application development experience, or a bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Full-stack development experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular.
• Hands-on API development and integration experience.
• Professional experience with Java and Spring Boot-based services.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, Git-based source control such as GitLab, and modern DevOps practices.
• Working knowledge of databases, performance optimization, distributed systems, and resilient system design.

Nice to have

• Mobile development experience.
• Experience leading technical initiatives or projects and driving delivery milestones.
• Experience presenting to technology and business stakeholders.
• Experience working in agile, collaborative environments.
