Junior Recruiter

Location: U.S. Talent Acquisition team supporting hirify.global's U.S. operations and the U.S. market

What you will do

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and candidate follow-up.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for consulting, technology, and professional services staff augmentation engagements.
• Track recruitment data and pipeline activity while contributing to process improvements and hiring objectives.
• Partner with Sales, hiring stakeholders, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to understand staffing needs and share sourcing practices.
• Deliver a responsive, transparent, and professional candidate experience.
• Support employer-brand and candidate-engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Recent graduate interested in recruitment, project management, and sales, or up to 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills required for interaction with candidates, clients, and stakeholders across the U.S. market.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, resourceful, self-motivated, and capable of creative problem-solving.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, applicant tracking systems, and direct sourcing techniques.
• Experience or exposure to recruitment, staffing, consulting, professional services, technology, or staff augmentation.
• Experience sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates across different skill sets.
• Experience developing candidate pipelines and providing a positive candidate experience.
