Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations (AI)

Location: Hybrid, based in New York City or San Francisco, United States

Salary: $87,000–$128,000 USD per year, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Research business-customer needs through interviews, data analysis, and experimentation.
• Design and run marketplace experiments end-to-end to improve the corporate customer experience.
• Become the subject-matter expert for merchandising channels, search visibility, and in-app promotion systems.
• Own promotion strategy and programs, including evaluation of a seven-figure promotion budget.
• Partner with sales, marketing, platform, and senior leadership teams to turn insights into execution.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in strategy and operations, management consulting, or a high-growth B2B or marketplace environment.
• Experience owning product growth or go-to-market initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Strong analytical skills, including SQL and the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations.
• Fluency with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Cursor for workflow automation and insight generation.
• Clear communication and influence across operators, sales teams, and senior leadership.
• Willingness to work through highly detailed operational and analytical problems.
