What you will do

• Translate regional legal and regulatory mandates into functional requirements for the Global MVNO Core.
• Lead discovery workshops with local MNOs, regulators, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Compare local requirements with platform capabilities and define enhancements, trade-offs, and phased delivery options.
• Create technical workflows and flowcharts for services such as MNP and Lawful Interception.
• Define business rules, data exchange requirements, reporting needs, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and sign-off requirements.
• Coordinate country-specific technical and regulatory checklists, integration milestones, risks, and delivery dependencies while mentoring analysts and delivery teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Solution Architect, preferably in telecom or technology.
• Ability to convert complex regulatory documents into actionable engineering tasks and functional specifications.
• Technical understanding of SIP, SMS routing, MNP databases, international roaming, and interconnectivity.
• Strong experience writing user stories, functional specifications, Jira tickets, documentation, and process flowcharts.
• Experience defining acceptance criteria and liaising across legal, product, and engineering teams.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in MVNO or Mobile Core environments.
• Knowledge of GSMA standards and eSIM technology.
• Familiarity with Lawful Interception and regional compliance reporting.
