What you will do

• Design Unified Communications solutions across multiple platforms and customer environments.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation including High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD).
• Gather and translate customer requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
• Lead technical activities during complex migration and transformation projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, internal teams, and third-party suppliers to ensure successful delivery.
• Support the development of design standards and best practices to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience with Unified Communications technologies such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, or Avaya.
• Solid understanding of voice technologies and SIP protocol.
• Proven experience in creating technical designs and documentation.
• Experience working on migration or transformation projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make independent technical decisions.
• Must be based in or able to work from Budapest, Hungary.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Voice, Zoom Phone, or Cisco Webex Calling.
• Experience working in multi-vendor environments.
• Additional European language skills (e.g., French, German).
• Experience leading technical work or supporting other engineers.
