Solutions Architect (Networking)

Location: Remote, San Jose, California, United States; flexibility to travel to customer sites is required.

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 USD annually, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Own technical delivery for strategic enterprise customers from evaluation through production deployment, adoption, and expansion.
• Lead network architecture discussions and design hybrid and public cloud solutions.
• Build and deploy hirify.global-based solutions in customer environments using networking and infrastructure best practices.
• Develop automation, integrations, and deployment tooling with Terraform, APIs, and scripting.
• Conduct technical workshops, training, and whiteboard sessions for customers and partners.
• Provide troubleshooting support, create reference architectures, and communicate customer needs to Product Management and Engineering.

Requirements

• Strong cloud and networking fundamentals, including routing technologies and network security.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as consulting, solutions architecture, sales engineering, or professional services.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience architecting and deploying cloud solutions with AWS, Azure, GCP, and/or OCI.
• Experience designing and building hybrid and public cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Python, and REST APIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong customer focus, and flexibility to travel to customer sites.

• Experience with large-scale network design and deployment.
• Relevant technical certifications.
• BA, BS, or MS degree.
