What you will do
- Manage inventory, planning, reconciliation, adjustments, repackaging, sampling, and surveying for allocated products.
- Oversee the full purchase and sales order lifecycle, including expected costs, order transfers, invoicing, returns, and debit or credit notes.
- Coordinate customer support, supplier communication, commercial activities, shipment transportation, shipment tracking, and delivery documentation.
- Review and process supplier invoices, investigate non-conformances and claims, and coordinate resolutions with Quality, Product Management, and Logistics.
- Maintain purchase and sales archives in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.
- Complete month-end inventory reporting, cost reviews, purchasing, order processing, sales, and shipment invoicing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, planning, or a related discipline.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP or S/4HANA, including order, inventory, and logistics modules.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong coordination skills for working with customers, suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
