Supply Chain Scheduler (Supply Chain)

Location: Hybrid in Walpole, Massachusetts, United States; attendance is expected at the workplace an average of three days per week. US citizenship is required. Relocation assistance is not available.

hirify.global is a marine defense contractor providing power systems, parts, and aftermarket services to the U.S. Navy, Coast Guard, Military Sealift Command, and Canadian Coast Guard.

What you will do

• Prepare, plan, issue, and control production schedules.
• Manage incoming components and parts according to the master production schedule, shop load, and inventory requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm material demand, availability, and delivery dates.
• Coordinate activities across quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, inventory control, and traffic.
• Schedule and expedite parts movement through move orders, stock transfers, and shipping requests.
• Use SAP to maintain supplier commitment data integrity and compliance, and advise management on work status and production obstacles.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain planning, purchasing, or manufacturing, or a degree.
• US citizenship is required.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and work on the manufacturing floor when necessary.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and suppliers.
