Sr. Recruiter, Insurance Talent US & Bermuda

Location: Rosemont, Illinois, United States. US work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Salary: $78,000–$118,030 annually, plus a 15% incentive.

What you will do

• Manage recruitment strategies and talent pipelines for current and future staffing needs.
• Lead full life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, assessment, interviews, candidate submissions, and offer negotiations.
• Partner with senior business leaders and HR partners on staffing plans, headcount alignment, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
• Develop sourcing and marketing strategies using passive-candidate outreach, networking, referrals, job boards, social media, and LinkedIn recruiting tools.
• Build relationships with industry contacts, associations, trade groups, and employment networks.
• Improve recruitment processes and operations to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full life-cycle corporate recruiting experience with a record of identifying and engaging strong talent.
• Experience with talent search, passive-candidate mining, networking, pre-screening, candidate relationship management, and offer negotiation.
• Proficiency with AI tools, Boolean search, market research, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong client service, candidate relationship management, confidentiality, critical thinking, and ethical judgment skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; Workday experience is preferred.
• Ability to apply relevant federal, state, and local laws. Insurance or financial services recruiting experience is preferred.
