Salary: $143,750 - $175,375 Base/year

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to develop targeted multi-channel recruiting strategies for the Investments organization.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain robust pipelines of investment talent for immediate and long-term workforce planning.
• Develop comprehensive search strategies, role specifications, and interview frameworks.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, and market intelligence to identify and engage top talent.
• Construct and negotiate competitive offers across various seniority levels.

Requirements

• 8+ years of dedicated end-to-end recruiting experience.
• 4+ years of experience supporting talent acquisition for investment or financial sales professionals.
• Deep understanding of sourcing strategies in competitive investment talent markets.
• Experience recruiting for portfolio management, investment research, quantitative/fundamental strategies, and risk management.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Must be able to comply with the workplace model requiring at least four days per week in-office.
