Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner (Investment Management)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia. Hybrid workplace model requiring at least four full days per week in an hirify.global office.

Salary: $143,750–$175,375 base per year for New York City; total compensation also includes incentive pay and varies by skills, experience, and location.

What you will do

• Partner with investment leaders and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop targeted, multichannel recruiting strategies.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Build investment talent pipelines for immediate hiring needs and long-term workforce planning.
• Develop search strategies, role specifications, screening criteria, timelines, sourcing plans, and interview frameworks.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, Workday, career sites, and third-party platforms to identify and engage candidates.
• Advise stakeholders, external search firms, and candidates while strengthening the employment brand and managing competitive offers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of dedicated, end-to-end recruiting experience.
• 4+ years supporting talent acquisition for investment or financial sales professionals in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting across portfolio management, investment research, quantitative and fundamental strategies, risk management, and portfolio construction.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruiting dynamics in competitive investment talent markets.
• Ability to manage multiple searches, prioritize effectively, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Working knowledge of recruiting-related HR practices, including compensation and benefits, with strong communication, organization, initiative, and follow-through.
