Sr. Technical Recruiter (Specialist)

Target salary range: $103,700–$155,600 annually in Boston; ranges also vary by location.

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for complex technical and other business professional requisitions, from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Recruit across Software, Data, Systems, Desktop Engineering, and other specialized technical disciplines.
• Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR stakeholders to define hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Build proactive pipelines through Boolean search, professional networks, referrals, research, talent mapping, and targeted outreach.
• Provide market intelligence, pipeline data, funnel metrics, and recommendations that influence hiring decisions.
• Support candidate relationships, interview practices, offer negotiations, onboarding transitions, and recruiting process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex technical searches and deliver against hiring goals.
• Strong expertise in direct sourcing, passive candidate engagement, Boolean search, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Experience using recruiting funnel metrics and Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday Recruiting experience is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management, consultative communication, judgment, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
