Sr Talent Acquisition Consultant (Healthcare)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote

Salary: $70,600–$149,600 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior-level, technical, and hard-to-fill positions.
• Advise hiring managers and business leaders throughout the hiring process.
• Develop sourcing strategies, build diverse talent pipelines, and evaluate qualified candidates.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation, and industry trends.
• Build stakeholder relationships, support employer branding, and improve the candidate experience.
• Ensure recruiting practices comply with employment laws and company policies while controlling costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field with 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, or a high school diploma with 9 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong consultative, influencing, stakeholder management, communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, recruiting technologies, sourcing platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience building talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
