Technical Programs Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid, based out of the Wakefield or Boston office in Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $75,000–$105,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Pull, connect, and analyze data across multiple systems using APIs and queries.
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports covering engineering delivery, spend, and tooling.
• Own technical programs and initiatives from request through delivery, coordinating people, tasks, and timelines.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items through completion.
• Maintain visibility into technology vendors, renewals, usage, and spend, identifying optimization opportunities.
• Support engineering leadership reporting and regular planning and review cadences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in an analyst, program, or related role in a technology or engineering environment.
• Experience working with data and APIs, including pulling, joining, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
• Familiarity with reporting and dashboarding tools, Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
• Strong analytical thinking, clear communication, resourcefulness, independent problem-solving, and follow-through.

Nice to have

• Scripting or query experience with SQL, Python, or similar technologies.
