What you will do

• Own operational workflows across finance, legal, people operations, vendor management, and internal systems.
• Build financial models, analyses, dashboards, and decision materials for leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects from kickoff through completion.
• Document processes, build lightweight automations, and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage core business systems including Notion, Justworks, and Google Drive.
• Take ownership of high-priority projects and solve problems with increasing independence.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of full-time experience in strategy, finance, or operations at a fast-growing technology company; investment banking or management consulting experience is also considered.
• Strong quantitative and spreadsheet skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent written communication and the ability to turn complex information into concise, decision-ready output.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, follow-through, discretion, and judgment.
• Resourcefulness and willingness to manage both analytical work and detailed operational execution.
• Comfort with rapid context switching, direct feedback, and a high-accountability environment.

Nice to have

• Experience at an early-stage startup, particularly building operational processes or internal systems.
• Exposure to utilities, energy, infrastructure, hardware, or other regulated industries.
• Experience with vegetation management, forestry, geospatial data, or related technical domains.
