Salary: $51,000–$64,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Oversee daily hub operations, facility management, and inventory auditing to ensure smooth distribution.
• Prepare, package, and label materials for inbound and outbound shipments following guidelines.
• Manage inventory cycle counts, audit stock, and report product quality issues to supply leadership.
• Coordinate custom product orders for field technicians while ensuring compliance with protocols.
• Maintain OSHA responsibilities including site safety documentation, forklift operation, and safety training schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management to align hub tasks with operational needs.

Requirements

• Must be located in the Dallas Area, USA.
• Hands-on experience in warehouse or hub distribution environments.
• Valid forklift license and demonstrated safe operation skills.
• Proficiency with software tools such as Google Sheets and Word; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills with effective time management and reliable attendance.
