Early Career Intern - Real Estate (Equity & Credit) (Finance)

Location: New York, New York; must work in the hirify.global New York office at least four full days per week. Candidates must be permanently authorized to work in the United States. Employment-based immigration sponsorship, OPT, and CPT support are not available. Relocation and housing are not included.

What you will do

• Gain exposure to real estate credit and equity businesses across multiple asset classes.
• Support commercial real estate deals, transactions, client meetings, contract negotiations, and due diligence.
• Prepare and update property- and portfolio-level financial models in Excel and/or Argus, including sensitivity analysis.
• Prepare written analyses and evaluations of prospective investment opportunities.
• Complete real-world cash studies and lead an end-of-summer capstone project.
• Participate in training, professional development, and networking across the organization and industry.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program as a rising junior, graduating by summer 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, technical, organizational, leadership, initiative, interpersonal, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Academic background in any major; emphasis is placed on real estate, finance, accounting, mathematics, statistics, economics, or business-related fields.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization is required; no employment-based immigration sponsorship or OPT/CPT support is provided.

Nice to have

• Curiosity about finance, economics, and capital markets.
• Prior internship experience in real estate investment management.
• Familiarity with Argus Enterprise.
