Finance Intern (AI)

Location: On-site at the office in San Jose, CA

hirify.global builds hardware for frontier AI inference by co-designing chips, racks, software, and manufacturing systems.

What you will do

• Build and maintain financial models supporting pricing, SKUs, and unit economics.
• Support FP&A activities and analyze strategic financial challenges.
• Assist with purchase orders, accounts payable, vendor payments, and accounting operations.
• Contribute to cash flow management, bank reconciliation, and bookkeeping activities.
• Work with the executive team and learn about finance issues across supply chain and product operations.

Requirements

• Previous internship experience in consulting, banking, or an early-stage startup environment.
• Understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation, and bookkeeping.
• Strong project management and data analysis skills.
• Willingness to handle a broad range of finance, accounting, and operations work.
• Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets and basic financial modeling.
• Available for a 12-week internship during Fall 2026, Spring 2027, or Summer 2027.

Nice to have

• Technical curiosity or experience in computer science, electrical engineering, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
• Interest in the AI ecosystem and emerging technologies.
• Interest in startup finance, including equity, cap tables, and fundraising.
