Investment Analyst, IG Credit Research (Investment Grade Credit)

Location: Columbus, Ohio — One hirify.global Plaza; must reside within 35 miles of the office. Hybrid schedule: three days in the office and two days remote.

Salary: $78,000–$130,000 annually.

What you will do

• Conduct research and analysis of the investment-grade corporate credit asset class.
• Identify risk and return drivers, build forward-looking scenarios, and analyze relative value.
• Provide input into investment recommendations and sector positioning for client portfolios.
• Evaluate economic, regulatory, legislative, and competitive developments affecting investment fundamentals and valuations.
• Communicate investment analysis and theses through reports, presentations, discussions, and market meetings.
• Collaborate with internal investment groups and external partners to evaluate opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Up to five years of related investment experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and scenario-modeling abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel; Bloomberg experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
• Must reside within 35 miles of One hirify.global Plaza in Columbus, Ohio. The role does not qualify for employer-sponsored work authorization and hirify.global does not participate in the STEM OPT extension program.

Nice to have

• MBA or CFA qualification.
• Prior Bloomberg experience.
