Lead Product Operations Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Query and synthesize complex data, build scalable reports and dashboards, and provide actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
• Design and improve cross-functional product processes and operating models, driving alignment and adoption.
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize product-management systems for roadmapping, analytics, and project management.
• Turn ambiguous business problems into strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans while building AI-enabled systems and data automations.
• Lead competitive research, pricing, customer segmentation, and opportunity analyses to support product and business decisions.
• Build stakeholder alignment, communicate complex ideas clearly, and advise product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience, including ownership of complex initiatives from definition through measurable results.
• Background in consulting, business strategy, product operations, revenue operations, or a related strategy and operations function.
• Meaningful experience in a software or technology environment, ideally working closely with product and engineering teams.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage ambiguity, anticipate risks, resolve escalated issues, and remain accountable for outcomes.
• Experience influencing stakeholders through organizational change and coaching junior colleagues.
• Business, engineering, or computer science education preferred; MBA preferred.
