Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Ontario, with in-office collaboration required at least 3 days per week

Salary: CA$112,738–CA$169,000 base pay, plus equity

What you will do

• Own the Lifecycle Management roadmap and execution, beginning with time off, leave of absence, and time tracking.
• Enable employee and manager self-service for standard time and leave requests while reducing manual operational work.
• Partner with engineering to improve country-specific policy accuracy, accrual logic, tenure inheritance, and leave-to-payroll handoffs.
• Define AI agent use cases to automate day-to-day employee workflows.
• Translate customer needs, market insights, and business goals into prioritized product requirements.
• Define success metrics, run experiments, iterate based on data, and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of Product Management experience, or equivalent experience in operations, business analysis, or a related field.
• Computer Science background or equivalent technical experience.
• Experience owning a product area end-to-end, from strategy through shipped and adopted features.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to work across engineering, operations, and design.
• Hands-on experience testing products before release and editing FAQs or documentation.
• Curiosity about complex systems operating across multiple jurisdictions.

Nice to have

• Experience in HR tech, FinTech, or global workforce products.
