Clinic Supervisor (RN)

Location: Onsite at 1005 East Rosecrans Ave, Compton, California, United States

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year, bonus eligible

What you will do

• Supervise daily clinic operations and ensure high-quality, participant-centered care.
• Assign duties, mentor nursing staff, and provide clinical guidance during shifts.
• Coach the clinic team, maintain adherence to clinical workflows and standard operating procedures, and conduct annual evaluations.
• Manage staff schedules, supplies, vendors, facility needs, and equipment issues.
• Ensure compliance with hirify.global standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide nursing care as needed, including triage, emergency response, vaccination and medication administration, wound care, home care, and patient education.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted RN license in California required.
• Experience leading nursing teams, delegating tasks, and managing clinic operations.
• Experience with staff scheduling, conflict resolution, and mentoring.
• Knowledge of clinical quality and compliance standards.
• Ability to identify root causes, evaluate solutions, and lead through influence.
• Vaccination or declination documentation for COVID-19 and influenza, masking where required, and compliance with infection control and PPE standards are conditions of employment.

Nice to have

• Experience with geriatric populations, chronic conditions, dementia, and functional decline.
• Spanish fluency, ideally with medical translation certification.
