Nurse Supervisor (RN)

Location: On-site at hirify.global Nashville Treatment Center in Nashville, Tennessee, USA. Early morning schedule from 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.; no nights or Sundays.

What you will do

• Oversee daily nursing and laboratory operations within an opioid treatment program.
• Assess dosing appropriateness, administer methadone as prescribed, and maintain medication records and inventory.
• Provide patient assessments, nursing care, phlebotomy, specimen collection, and medical supply management.
• Train, supervise, and schedule nursing, medical assistant, and phlebotomy staff.
• Coordinate care with physicians, community providers, and internal teams.
• Conduct audits and program reviews while ensuring regulatory and accreditation compliance.

Requirements

• Valid RN nursing license in the state of employment.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• At least one year of experience in substance abuse treatment and administration.
• Advanced knowledge of medication-assisted treatment.
• Leadership, supervisory, teaching, communication, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work the scheduled on-site shift from 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in Nashville, Tennessee.
