What you will do

• Provide patient care under the direction and supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist.
• Administer treatment programs according to the established Plan of Care.
• Teach activities of daily living and proper use of prosthetic devices and adaptive equipment.
• Observe, record, and report patient conditions, reactions, functional changes, testing results, and treatment responses.
• Document services according to agency policies and procedures.
• Protect patient confidentiality and follow patient-rights, agency, and HIPAA requirements.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school.
• Currently licensed in the State of Texas.
• At least one year of experience under the supervision of a Registered Physical Therapist.
• Accept only assignments for which qualified and provide required license, certifications, and experience-verification information.
