Fraud Product Owner III (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Sequence, build, evaluate, and deliver features and solutions for one to two product lines.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Agile teams to transition feature definitions into development.
• Organize story mapping sessions, lead feature walkthroughs, and validate priorities and implementation timelines.
• Manage team backlogs, define sprint goals, and provide development teams with business context and clarification.
• Coordinate stakeholder impact assessments and negotiate priorities across product teams.
• Validate acceptance criteria and completed user stories, while coaching peers and junior Product Owners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Product Development, or Product Ownership.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams using Agile delivery frameworks.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, bank policy, and Agile delivery governance.
• Experience with retail or business financial services.

Nice to have

• PSPO I and PSPO II, or CSPO and A-CSPO certifications.
• Experience leading the development and launch of a new product.
• Strong experience with user-centered design and usability.
