Transaction Banking, Salesforce Digital Product Manager, Associate

What you will do

• Define product requirements for Salesforce web features based on user feedback and corporate needs.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria for design and engineering teams.
• Support the product roadmap, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature prioritization.
• Develop rigorous test cases covering positive and negative scenarios.
• Analyze user behavior, feedback, and data to improve product features and usability.
• Coordinate with sales, relationship managers, operations, engineering, legal, compliance, and technology teams to manage dependencies and delivery risks.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a digital product manager, business analyst, or in a related role.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of Salesforce.
• Understanding of Agile product development methodologies and basic UX/UI principles.
• Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to understand complex data models and perform data analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree or military experience, with strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of experience working with transaction banking products.
• Experience balancing corporate customer outcomes, business needs, technical feasibility, and delivery.
• Experience working in both corporate and startup environments.
