Senior Manager, Digital Strategy (Fintech)

Location: New York - 104 W 40th; office workplace type

Salary: $93,000–$189,000 annual base pay, plus eligible incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead digital portfolio management and recommend roadmap sequencing based on value, capacity, dependencies, and strategic priorities.
• Design and facilitate executive decision forums, frame investment trade-offs, and drive alignment on portfolio priorities.
• Own one- to three-year digital strategic planning and connect enterprise strategy to executable roadmaps.
• Monitor competitor activity, fintech developments, and consumer banking trends to develop actionable perspectives for senior leadership.
• Manage value forecasting, business cases, scenario analysis, and benefit realization tracking across initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop digital strategy managers and analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of experience in financial services, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
• At least 2 years of people leadership experience.
• Expertise in portfolio and decision management, roadmap sequencing, and governance forums.
• Strong presentation, financial modeling, business case, and benefit realization skills.
• Ability to independently develop executive-level strategic perspectives and manage multiple initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking or consulting for financial institutions, especially consumer or retail banking.
• Experience with digital transformation, product operating models, or technology investment governance.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
