What you will do

• Connect with physicians by email, phone, and text to present temporary assignment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians for current and future assignments.
• Recruit talented physicians for nationwide locum tenens placements.
• Work in a quota-driven, sales-focused environment and contribute to shared team goals.
• Support better patient care through healthcare staffing.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in recruiting or sales.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse personalities.
• Demonstrated success in a sales-driven environment.
• Persuasive, persistent, and results-focused approach.
• Ability to resolve conflicts while maintaining a positive, collaborative environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
