What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating with Ops, HR, and Legal to make offers.
• Pre-qualify applicants based on high-level standards and company values.
• Utilize operational analysis, trending, and benchmarking to support staffing need projections.
• Develop and implement physician recruitment strategies and marketing plans.
• Manage data and administration for all recruiting efforts.
• Travel up to 25% for conferences, practice meetings, and other activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience, including 3+ years specifically in physician recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of the Radiology field, physician employment trends, and contract language.
• Proven skill in sourcing, interviewing techniques, and contract negotiation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-verify).
• BS/BA degree preferred.
