Physician Recruiter (Radiology)

Location: Remote; flexible remote schedules, with up to 25% travel for conferences, practice meetings, or related activities.

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for remote radiology physician positions, from sourcing and interviewing through offers, placement, and onboarding.
• Pre-qualify candidates against role requirements and organizational values.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, Legal, physicians, and healthcare partners throughout the recruitment process.
• Use operational analysis, benchmarking, trend analysis, and research to support staffing projections.
• Evaluate, implement, and monitor physician recruitment processes and strategies.
• Manage recruiting data and administration while developing recruitment and marketing plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience, including 3+ years in physician recruitment.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, networking, contract negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of radiology and familiarity with physician employment trends.
• Experience with recruitment metrics, operational analysis, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple requests under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice to have

• BS/BA degree.
• Healthcare or radiology experience.
