Senior Recruiter-Pharma Sales

Location: Remote within the United States; listed location: Wauwatosa, WI

What you will do

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers and define position specifications.
• Provide market data and consultative recommendations throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines.
• Evaluate candidates and deliver qualified candidate slates.
• Maintain timely communication and candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
• Advise on offer details using compensation guidelines and mentor recruiters and other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• Pharmaceutical sales recruiting experience is required.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting tools.
• Knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
