Company

hirify.global and eAccountable provide market research, software, consulting, advertising, and integrated digital marketing solutions, specializing in growth for online retailers.

What you will do

  • Build and manage a pipeline of e-commerce brands and private-equity-backed portfolio companies through outreach, networking, referrals, and marketplace-led opportunities.
  • Prospect across health and beauty, home and outdoor, pet, and consumer packaged goods verticals.
  • Sell integrated programs covering Amazon advertising, DSP, catalog and content, market intelligence, and expansion across Walmart, Target+, and TikTok Shop.
  • Lead discovery calls, tailor proposals to client goals, collaborate on pitch decks and RFP responses, and coordinate scope and pricing with channel leads.
  • Close net-new business and hand qualified engagements off to delivery teams.
  • Represent eAccountable at Amazon and marketplace events, develop thought leadership, and expand relationships across agencies, brands, and platform partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of business development, sales, or partnerships experience in a digital marketing or agency setting.
  • Proven success closing net-new business against sales targets.
  • Experience selling to CMOs and VPs of Marketing at e-commerce, DTC, and retail brands.
  • Strong expertise in Amazon marketplace fundamentals, including Seller Central, Vendor Central, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP.
  • Deep familiarity with Jungle Scout, Intentwise, Helium 10, Pacvue, and Amazon Marketing Cloud, including attribution and audience insights beyond last-click advertising.
  • Ability to explain Seller Central and Vendor Central differences and position each model for prospect goals.
  • Familiarity with Walmart Connect, Target+, TikTok Shop, retail media networks, catalog and content strategy, creative strategy, organic ranking, DSP, and off-Amazon media.
  • Established contacts and reputation across the Amazon and marketplace industry, including agencies, brands, platform partners, and relevant industry events.
  • Strong consultative, relationship-first selling skills, a hunter mindset, the judgment to qualify opportunities, and enough technical depth to scope accurately with delivery teams; this is not a hands-on execution role.
  • Willingness to travel 30–50% for industry events and client meetings.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Sandler, Challenger, or a similar sales methodology.

Culture & Benefits

  • Client-centric culture focused on curiosity, creativity, collaboration, expertise, and measurable results.
  • Flexible vacation policy.
  • Comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance.
  • 401(k) with company contribution.
  • Downtown Denver office with company-paid commuter benefits, including parking or an RTD EcoPass.
  • Career progression and opportunities for personal growth.

Hiring process

  • First round: 30–45-minute recruiter interview.
  • Second round: 45-minute hiring manager interview.
  • Third round: two hours of onsite interviews with the hiring team.
