Head of Corporate Technology (AI)

Salary: $201,200–$335,300 annual (USD)

What you will do

• Define and execute technology strategy and delivery roadmaps for Finance, Risk, Legal, HR, and corporate functions.
• Lead large-scale modernization programs covering cloud adoption, application modernization, process automation, platform rationalization, and digital enablement.
• Drive adoption of AI and Generative AI to improve efficiency, decision-making, risk management, employee experience, and operations.
• Oversee enterprise platforms including Oracle Finance systems, GRC technologies, Archer, and other corporate applications.
• Lead teams responsible for strategy, architecture, engineering, delivery, operations, and vendor management.
• Maintain governance, internal controls, audit remediation, regulatory commitments, resiliency, cybersecurity, and risk management standards.

Requirements

• 15 years of combined higher education and/or work experience, including 4 years in engineering or architecture and 11 years in large technology management or program leadership with people management.
• Experience as an Engineering Director or comparable senior technology executive leading enterprise-scale portfolios.
• Extensive banking or financial services experience, including deep expertise supporting Finance and Risk organizations.
• Experience with cloud migration, platform modernization, operating model transformation, Oracle-based financial platforms, Archer, GRC, EGCR, controls, and risk taxonomies.
• Experience working with regulators, auditors, compliance organizations, and risk management teams in highly regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, Agile transformation, executive stakeholder management, and large multi-team technology organizations.

Nice to have

• Experience leading transformation across Finance, Risk, Governance, Compliance, Human Capital Management, and Legal technology ecosystems.
• Experience implementing AI and Generative AI strategies in regulated financial services.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA or master’s degree.
• Experience managing large vendor ecosystems and strategic technology partnerships.
