Director, AI Enablement (AI)

Location: New York, United States

Base salary: $225,000–$325,000 annually, plus discretionary annual target bonus, performance incentives, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the AI strategy and delivery for business teams across Bullish Group and hirify.global.
• Identify, prioritize, prototype, validate, and ship high-impact AI use cases.
• Build, configure, and deploy AI workflows, copilots, automations, and agent-driven tools.
• Create a self-enablement model with tools, training, and processes for independent business-team adoption.
• Build the AI Enablement function from zero and recruit product managers, engineers, and process specialists.
• Define and track KPIs for AI adoption, efficiency, and ROI, reporting outcomes to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with a product or technical background and a record of driving operational change through technology.
• Demonstrated ability to personally build and ship solutions, not only manage delivery.
• Proficiency with AI workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Experience with AI/ML tools including LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Vertex AI, or Claude.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, generative AI, and agentic workflows in business contexts.
• Strong communication skills with senior executives and frontline business teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital assets, financial services, or media.
• Background in business process redesign or operational excellence.
• Experience building a function or team from scratch.
