Director, AI Enablement (AI)

Location: New York, United States

Salary: $225,000–$325,000 annual base salary plus discretionary annual target bonus, performance incentives, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the AI strategy and delivery for business teams across the hirify.global Group.
• Identify, prioritize, prototype, validate, and deploy high-impact AI use cases.
• Build AI workflows, copilots, automation tools, and agent-driven orchestration directly.
• Create a self-enablement model with tools, training, and processes that allow business teams to adopt AI independently.
• Build and lead the AI Enablement function, recruiting product managers, engineers, and process specialists.
• Define KPIs for adoption, efficiency, and ROI, and report progress and outcomes to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with a product or technical background and a record of driving operational change through technology.
• Demonstrated experience personally building and shipping solutions, not only managing delivery.
• Proficiency with AI workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier, and AI/ML tools including LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Vertex AI, or Claude.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, generative AI, and agentic workflows in business contexts.
• Experience identifying business problems, designing solutions, and delivering measurable outcomes with business teams.
• Strong communication skills for influencing executives and enabling frontline teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital assets, financial services, or media.
• Background in business process redesign or operational excellence.
• Experience building a function or team from scratch.
