Senior Director, Technology (AI)

Location: Hybrid office position requiring work in one of the U.S. hub locations: Philadelphia, PA; Cedar Rapids, IA; or Denver, CO, with three days in the office each week. Occasional travel of less than 10% may be required. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $220K–$285K annually, plus potential eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Own technology strategy, roadmaps, delivery, and platform alignment for assigned business units.
• Lead enterprise technology platforms and business application ecosystems, including integration, adoption, optimization, governance, and service management.
• Manage the technology portfolio budget, capital and operating spend, vendors, licensing, resources, and capacity and demand planning.
• Build multi-year roadmaps covering platform modernization, AI and automation opportunities, risk reduction, and regulatory change.
• Lead and develop technology professionals, including managers, engineers, platform leads, and business analysts.
• Partner with senior business leaders and the Head of Corporate Systems and Data on strategy, executive communications, workforce planning, and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 12+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including 5+ years managing large, complex technology organizations and multi-year budgets.
• Experience leading technology platforms and business applications in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong strategic planning, portfolio execution, financial management, vendor negotiation, and capacity and demand management skills.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, executive communication, people leadership, and team development capabilities.
• U.S. work authorization for any employer is required; visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Experience with enterprise platforms, business applications, risk and control technology, platform governance, or service management.
• Chief-of-staff, business management, or executive-support experience.
• Experience representing technology to senior business leaders or Board-level audiences.
