Risk Manager (Data Center Construction)

What you will do

• Facilitate Quantitative Risk Analysis workshops with project stakeholders, reviewing cost, schedule, and risk information.
• Collaborate with risk owners and subject matter experts to assess risk impacts and accurately cost and schedule mitigation efforts.
• Develop comprehensive project risk registers, risk profiles, and summary risk models from complex Primavera P6 schedules.
• Build stress-test scenarios for extreme risk events and present risk analysis outputs to wider project teams.
• Set up and integrate risk management processes within project, programme, and portfolio organizations when required.
• Support risk management training and updates while contributing to new business development and repeat client engagements.

Requirements

• Degree or comparable experience in a relevant discipline.
• Experience delivering risk management services with a focus on schedule risk analysis and facilitation.
• Experience developing risk models from complex Primavera P6 schedules, including critical and near-critical float paths and material fragnets.
• Up to 12 years of experience in high-tech, pharmaceutical, data center, or infrastructure industries.
• Experience with Safran Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis, or @Risk; familiarity with ARM, Xactium, or RiskPredict.
• Working knowledge of ISO 31000, COSO, AACE, and PMI risk management guidelines; AACE PRMP, PMI-RMP, IRM, or APM certification is preferred or may be completed with support.
