Billing Specialist (SaaS)

hirify.global provides consent-based marketing products for online customer acquisition, including the TrustedForm platform for documenting customer consent and supporting regulatory compliance.

What you will do

• Generate and distribute monthly invoices for subscription fees and usage-based charges.
• Reconcile internal usage data with contracted pricing, customer agreements, CRM records, and invoicing systems.
• Review contracts and order forms, maintaining billing setups for pricing tiers, minimums, overages, discounts, renewals, amendments, upgrades, downgrades, and prorations.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies while partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps.
• Prepare billing reports, reconciliations, and variance analyses for month-end close and support revenue recognition.
• Improve billing accuracy, scalability, and automation, including Zuora integration, and maintain billing process documentation for audit readiness.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related finance function.
• Experience with billing systems and ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue is strongly preferred; ZoneBilling experience is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookups.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to investigate discrepancies independently.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and travel 5–10%.
