Financial Services Specialist

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of accounts receivable for an assigned territory.
• Contact customers to secure payment commitments, resolve past-due balances, and escalate non-payment issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with customers, field sales, and service teams to resolve disputes and initiate credit memos.
• Secure purchase orders and enter electronic invoices for customer accounts.
• Prepare accounts receivable and collections reports and analysis.
• Reconcile accounts by providing supporting details, submitting tie-offs and refund requests, and documenting account status.

Requirements

• 2+ years of applicable experience.
• Fluent spoken English and advanced written English.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data entry and a strong customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with accuracy and timeliness.
• High school diploma preferred; comfortable working with targets and learning new skills.
