Product Manager, Real World Evidence (Data Generation and QA Systems)

Location: New York, United States; hybrid with work from home and three office days per week

Salary: $136,000–$187,000 annual base pay, with potential annual bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Own data generation mechanisms and quality frameworks supporting real-world evidence products.
• Partner with data curation and core product teams to define requirements and build supporting tools and systems.
• Manage the roadmap for data generation infrastructure while migrating highly utilized, always-on systems.
• Design phased technical cutovers that preserve existing workflows and deliver continuous value.
• Define and execute an AI-forward QA strategy to protect dataset integrity.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment and measure delivery efficiency, adoption, cost savings, and revenue impact.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of product management experience in software, SaaS, or healthcare technology.
• Experience leading complex product, research, or data-oriented projects.
• Strong understanding of AI and its appropriate applications.
• Experience with biopharma, patient-level data, real-world data, or oncology.
• Technical aptitude, understanding of software development and rollout risks, and strong project management skills.
• BA/BS degree in business, technology, or equivalent practical experience.
