Learning Implementation Senior Associate

Location: Hybrid; in-person attendance required at least three days per week at a hirify.global office or client site. Approved locations are in the United States, including Chicago, Appleton, Jacksonville, Atlanta, Baltimore, Minneapolis, St. Louis, Kansas City, Charlotte, Raleigh, Cincinnati, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Pittsburgh, Columbia, Austin, Dallas, Milwaukee, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Tampa, Downers Grove, Southfield, Cleveland, and Philadelphia.

Salary: $76,000–$100,000 base salary per year.

What you will do

• Plan and execute learning implementation initiatives across instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced channels.
• Create and manage annual program plans, learning activities, schedules, communications, feedback collection, reporting, and LMS operations.
• Support or lead project management activities covering contracts, scope, budgets, risks, quality, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, global teams, learners, vendors, instructional designers, program managers, and business sponsors.
• Identify implementation issues, develop practical solutions, and use business metrics and analytics to improve program outcomes.
• Coach virtual learning implementation associates and support compliant CPE learning solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least four years of progressively responsible experience, ideally in a matrixed professional services environment.
• Experience managing leadership development programs or projects and familiarity with adult learning theory, learning methodologies, and learning technologies.
• Strong project management, prioritization, process management, problem analysis, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple programs, run status and project meetings, and deliver timely, consistent, metrics-driven results.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Copilot, Claude, and other AI LLMs and agents.
• Ability to travel occasionally, approximately 20%, to support in-person learning programs and conferences.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of how professional services firms and their business segments operate.
• Experience with Smartsheet for project management.
• Experience supporting learning solutions subject to NASBA, PCAOB, or other regulatory requirements.
