What you will do

• Coordinate project transitions from sales to services and eventually to customer success teams.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with implementation managers.
• Execute project plans using EPM tools, monitoring progress, budgets, and timelines.
• Facilitate weekly status calls and provide clear communication to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, issues, and change orders while ensuring billing milestones are met.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital senior leadership teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience managing Healthcare IT projects such as EMR or EHR.
• Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office Suite.
• Strong background in strategic planning, change management, and risk assessment.
• Ability to travel up to 10% as required.
