Salary: $62,000–$72,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual incentive program

What you will do

• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, Flow, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and security settings.
• Support Salesforce implementations across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Industry Clouds, and other platform capabilities.
• Participate in discovery sessions, requirements workshops, solution design, Agile ceremonies, and delivery planning.
• Develop and execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT test cases; identify, document, reproduce, and track defects.
• Support data preparation, validation, migration, release readiness, deployment validation, and post-deployment testing.
• Create user documentation and training materials and support Salesforce adoption and end-user training.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a Salesforce-focused role such as user, administrator, tester, analyst, or super user.
• 2+ years of experience testing Salesforce or other enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of Salesforce business processes and platform capabilities, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, an Industry Cloud, or comparable solutions.
• Experience creating and executing test cases, documenting defects, validating fixes, and supporting UAT.
• Understanding of business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and Agile cross-functional delivery.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist, or Data Cloud Consultant certification.
• Active progress toward relevant Salesforce certifications.
