Paid Ads Specialist

Location: Colombia; fully remote. Working hours follow standard Mountain Time hours, 40 hours per week.

Salary: $1,400–$1,600 per month

What you will do

• Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across Google Search, YouTube, Meta Ads, and Local Services Ads.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, conversions, and lead generation.
• Analyze campaign data and refine strategies to achieve client goals.
• Run creative, audience, and budget A/B tests.
• Learn and implement proprietary campaign systems and processes.
• Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights for clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Google.
• Proficiency with Google Ads and other relevant advertising tools.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns for ROAS and lead generation.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills; comfortable communicating with clients by video call.
• Ability to learn new systems and approaches.
• Previous experience in a digital marketing agency, preferably serving the US market.
