TL;DR

Paid Media Specialist (Google Ads/Meta Ads): Owning the full paid media lifecycle, from strategy and campaign execution to performance optimization and revenue growth. Focus on driving measurable business results through data-driven decision-making, budget management, and continuous conversion rate optimization.

Location: Must be based in Poland, Romania, Ukraine, Bulgaria, or Serbia. Working hours: U.S. Business Hours.

What you will do

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Display, PMax, and Local Services Ads.
  • Manage end-to-end Meta Ads campaigns, including brand awareness, lead generation, and retargeting.
  • Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, headlines, and CTAs using platforms like Unbounce or Instapage.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics including CPL, CPA, ROAS, and CVR.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to improve ad copy, visuals, and overall creative performance.
  • Manage monthly advertising budgets of $50,000+ with a focus on efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on paid media management experience.
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads (Search, PMax, LSA) and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
  • Must be based in Poland, Romania, Ukraine, Bulgaria, or Serbia.
  • Ability to work during U.S. Business Hours.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Home Services, B2B, or local service businesses.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, CallRail, or other CRM and call tracking platforms.
  • Experience supporting multi-location or franchise organizations.
  • Basic HTML and CSS knowledge for landing page updates.
