What you will do
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Display, PMax, and Local Services Ads.
- Manage end-to-end Meta Ads campaigns, including brand awareness, lead generation, and retargeting.
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, headlines, and CTAs using platforms like Unbounce or Instapage.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics including CPL, CPA, ROAS, and CVR.
- Collaborate with creative teams to improve ad copy, visuals, and overall creative performance.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets of $50,000+ with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on paid media management experience.
- Proven experience managing Google Ads (Search, PMax, LSA) and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
- Must be based in Poland, Romania, Ukraine, Bulgaria, or Serbia.
- Ability to work during U.S. Business Hours.
Nice to have
- Experience in Home Services, B2B, or local service businesses.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, CallRail, or other CRM and call tracking platforms.
- Experience supporting multi-location or franchise organizations.
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge for landing page updates.
