hirify.global is a talent sourcing partner hiring for a client looking to scale their paid acquisition and lead generation.

What you will do

  • Build and optimize B2B lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, and X.
  • Own the complete paid media lifecycle, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and high-converting ad copywriting.
  • Conduct structured A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, and landing pages to scale profitable channels.
  • Implement and audit conversion tracking, pixel implementations, and attribution models using GA4 and GTM.
  • Analyze funnel performance to identify bottlenecks and improve lead quality while reducing acquisition costs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Content, and Design teams to align paid campaigns with marketing funnels.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Media.
  • Proven success managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for B2B pipeline growth.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Ability to independently build campaigns, launch tracking, and report results.
  • Must be based in Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Mexico.
  • Ability to work within U.S. Time Zones.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM and automation tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo.
  • Google Ads and Meta certifications.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) tools.
  • Experience managing large advertising budgets and multiple client accounts.
