Salary: $112,682–$187,872 annually

What you will do

• Facilitate Lean-Agile ceremonies, including PI Planning, iteration planning, standups, retrospectives, reviews, demos, and Inspect and Adapt workshops.
• Support release planning and execution across one or more agile delivery teams.
• Maintain transparency across teams and coordinate with the Product Owner, Tech Lead, and Release Train Engineer.
• Ensure Jira and Confluence remain accurate sources of delivery information.
• Monitor PI objectives, velocity, sprint progress, backlog health, and commit-to-complete metrics.
• Track risks, impediments, and dependencies, escalating issues and following through on resolution.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Communications, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience managing two or more teams.
• 7+ years of experience managing project and software development life cycles using Agile methodologies.
• 2+ years of experience working with offshore teams.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, organization, and adaptability skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project or similar tools, Jira, Aha!, and Confluence.

Nice to have

• SAFe or another Agile certification.
• Experience in financial services.
• Experience supporting data engineering, platform, or enterprise reference data teams.
• Experience with PI Planning, ART-level coordination, and enterprise agile calendar or sprint alignment.
• Experience monitoring vendor performance and managing requirements solution workshops.
